Our policy regarding missed appointments is that any deposits made prior to the appointment are non-refundable in the event of a no-show. This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to providing timely and reliable service to all our clients 2. Preparing for Your Visit: We suggest scheduling your sessions according to your availability and needs. If for any reason you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule, provided it is within the redemption period. 3. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a $20 no-show fee being applied. 4. We also kindly request that you inform us of any medical conditions, bodily injuries, or allergies you may have prior to your appointment.
